Diagnosis
Before proposing any action, EnCours will always meet with clients to identify what it is that the client is seeking to achieve. This may be one or more meetings with all stakeholders to
Experience indicates that this is beneficial in achieving client objectives on time and within budget as it avoids misunderstandings.
Design
EnCours does not believe that this stage is one that is conducted in isolation from the client.
Having gained a clear understanding of your need we will develop an outline for the project; once we have your agreement on this, the look, feel and content of individual stages will be created.
At every step, all interested parties are involved in the consultation process and only when agreement with all has been reached will any materials be produced.

Evaluation
Any programme should be evaluated. EnCours evaluates every programme, and invites delegates to provide immediate feedback; further we recommend formal evaluation post programme to assess, learning, behaviour, and business results against expectation prior to attending the programme. Our preferred methodology is Kirkpatrick’s 4 Stage Model for Evaluating Training Effectiveness
