Unlike mentoring, which limits the growth of the executive to the knowledge boundaries of the mentor, our coaching removes glass ceilings and enables executives to grow to their own full potential.

Executive coaching can be delivered:

In a set number of sessions, usually of 45 minutes each
Over a set period of time
To a set budget
On an open-ended basis

The goals for each session will be determined by the executive, and probed, tested and agreed by the coach. The resultant discussion will help the executive to devise realistic actions to meet his goals.
